SHIPPING POLICY

  • Orders received before noon Monday to Friday will be despatched on the same day. Standard delivery will be 1-3 working days, via Royal Mail standard delivery

  • Please note:  Your delivery date is unique to the items in your shopping basket. Please check the estimated delivery date specified in your shopping basket before placing your order

  • We always aim to have your items delivered on time

  • In exceptional circumstances including adverse weather we may experience delays
     

  • Please allow additional time for deliveries to Channels Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands and the Northern Ireland​​

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

What is the Bollom Bliss Return/Exchange Policy?

 

 

Bollom Bliss Online Return Policy:

  • Returns may be made within 30 days from the date of delivery
     

  • To return your order, simply email us at support@bollombliss.co.uk to let us know what item you would like to return, and then we'll give you our postal address​
     

  • Merchandise purchased online will be available for refund or exchange providing it is returned in the same saleable condition as when purchased, and accompanied by the original sales receipt
     

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of tender and will be processed within 10 working days of the return, excluding delivery charges.
     

Kindly note:

  • Bollom Bliss does not accept exchanges or refunds on personalised items
