Returns may be made within 30 days from the date of delivery

To return your order, simply email us at support@bollombliss.co.uk to let us know what item you would like to return, and then we'll give you our postal address

Merchandise purchased online will be available for refund or exchange providing it is returned in the same saleable condition as when purchased, and accompanied by the original sales receipt

Refunds will be issued to the original form of tender and will be processed within 10 working days of the return, excluding delivery charges.
